Training's tough..
Today school's as usual, like any other boring day.
After school went for self-training.(fitness)
I found out that i can't even run 1.6km now,
struggling to breathe after the 1st km.
Wonder how can i make it for the 2.4km this upcoming
Thursday.
Well, this is my training today :
-1.2km jog
-10 upside down sit-ups(3 reps)
-10 knuckle push-up(3 reps)
-10 squats(3 reps)
-50 incline pull-ups(chiong!!)
-Kick tree till "Baluku" (T.T)
Tiring day.
Missed baby.
Had dinner with honey at 630 kopidiam.
Then pei her walked with Nana,
then back home.
So far so good,hopefully tomorow will be
better.
